They symbolize zest, good health, freshness and a clear mind. The lemon tree on my Grandparents property in the Barossa remindsed me of of the old ‘Lemonade’ stalls the kids used to set up on the front lawn or verandahs of their homes - selling freshly squeezed lemonade… oh, the zest of life!
