This beautiful piece came to me as I used up a workshop palettwhich still had beautiful colours left on it. No, I don’t waste paint. 

I guess you can say that this the result of being completely spontaneous, where I don’t plan, think or prepare - I just paint what I see as it’s being created; a real insight into my creative mind perhaps.

My son told me it looked like ‘fluffy flowers’ so that’s where the name came from. They are almost cotton-like, but can be what ever type of flower you see yourself.

Acrylic on canvas - 40cm wide, signed and varnished for protection. Ready to hang.
