Inspired by the Australian landscape at sunset, the painting captures that familiar pause at the end of the day—when the sky glows with warmth, the world slows, and memories seem to rise with the fading light.
The lone magpie stands as a silent witness, symbolising resilience, home, and the stories carried through generations.
