Sometimes I can’t think, yet I feel overwhelmed, yet also silent. I’m excited yet numb, mind is racing yet there’s nothing there, and it’s in those moments where I feel at peace and absolutely present. It’s where some of my more obscure creativity comes from. What started as a simple print, ends up being completely transformed through a little moment of mindfulness, becoming another small original… a little reminder for us all, to sometimes just stop, calm yourself and feel the presence of your body.
